Tuesday, February 15, 2022 –President Uhuru Kenyatta, Gatundu South legislator Moses Kuria and Raila Junior will be meeting in Dubai today.
MP Kuria and Junior will be part of the invited guests who will be attending the Gulf Cooperation Council-Kenya Business Forum to be opened by President Uhuru Kenyatta on Tuesday.
Kuria was first to share photos he had just taken together with Raila Junior on the margins of the forum in Dubai.
Kenyatta left Nairobi on Monday February 14 evening to start his 3-day long tour in Dubai where Kuria has been hospitalized for more than two months now after sustaining three Degree burn caused by a faulty electric mat.
Confirming the meeting, Kenya’s Ambassador to the UAE Kariuki Mugwe said the president will be presiding over the business event.
“The purpose of the President coming here is to showcase business and investment opportunities that are available in Kenya. And there are quite a number of them mostly in the investment areas,” he noted.
Mugwe further revealed that, apart from UAE investors, many other foreign investors were also welcome.
Social media was, on Tuesday, awash with reports that Kuria was warming up for Azimio la Umoja camp despite the fact that Deputy President William Ruto was also spotted with him in Dubai a week ago.
