Wednesday, November 3, 2021 –Detectives acting of a tight tip off managed to pounce on a suspected drug trafficker from Uganda.
Ms Bizu Rubi Halima was arrested in a Nairobi hotel room on Tuesday evening where she was said be waiting a Kenyan contact to pick the expensive highly addictive pellets of Heroin she had illegally brought into the country.
Media revealed that the Transnational and Organized Crime Unit pounced on the 27 year old lady after they heard about her suspicious activities.
“Jogoo road, where she is believed to have been waiting for her Kenyan contact to deliver the drugs to him. The pellets were carefully concealed as potato crisps. Transnational and organized crimes detectives pounced on her after receiving information on her,” wrote the DCI.
