Members of the National Assembly Security committee, under the chairmanship of Paul Koinange, inspect projects in Kirinyaga County.

She had already asked her supporters’ to come out in droves to welcome DP William Ruto for their daylong political functions.

“The DCIO Kianyaga is now summoning my team threatening to arrest them before DP William Ruto’s visit to Kirinyaga. Please stop intimidating my team using security forces,” she stated on Sunday November 28.

Ruto will be attending a church service at the ACK Kianyaga after which he will hold political rallies in Kirinyaga, Kutus and Kerugoya towns respectively.

Since joining William Ruto’s hustlers camp, Waiguru has ever accused authorities of undermining her democratic right particularly when, in October this year, offices from the Ethics and Anti-corruption Commission EACC raided her home in search of crucial documents linking her to graft.

Since Waiguru’s defection, MP Ngirici revealed that her relationship with the Deputy President was now hanging on a peg.

She has even openly regretted using her millions to finance UDA’s activities around Mt  Kenya Region with hopes that she could be accorded a direct ticket for governorship in 2022.
