Friday, December 10, 2021 –Central Trade Union COTU Secretary General Francis Atwoli has affirmed their commitment to make sure Gideon Moi permanently joins Azimio la Umoja camp ahead of 2022.
Addressing an excited gathering at Kasarani Stadium today Friday December 10, Mr. Atwoli said they are not going to leave Gideon in OKA anylonger. He argued that the late Mzee Daniel Moi(father to Gideon) advised them to never leave Gideon in the darkness.
“Gideon nataka nikawambie Mzee Daniel Moi told us never to leave you behind and we are not going to leave you in OKA.. we will not leave you in OKA.. we will not….,” Atwoli stressed.
Taking to the stage, KANU Party boss said as far as he is concerned, OKA is headed in the same direction with the Azimio camp and soon they will be one.
Gideon added that whatever OKA is doing today is for Raila’s benefit and the vice versa since they both have a common enemy they want to make sure never takes power.
Also present in the meeting was OKA’s Cyrus Jirongo who was also slotted in to address for a few seconds.
