Questions Linger Over Absence of Kuria’s Family in Hospital

Thursday, December 30, 2021 –Rumour about Gatundu South Member of Parliament being abandoned by his close family members has escalated.

Reacting to a curious tweep from Voice of Meru, Narck-Kenya Party boss Martha Karua has defended that there is no reason MP Kuria taking selfies with family members the way its being expected by some sections.

A netizen had claimed through a tweet that Kuria was not in terms with his family; no wonder he has not been seen with them in Dubai where he is currently hospitalized now for the second month.

“Does Moses Kuria has a family? I guess not. We would have expected to see his family somewhere by the bedside,” the user wrote.

But while responding to this claim, former Gichugu lawmaker Karua argued that there are a times when people have to be private with their families.

She insinuated that there is a possibility Kuria’s family including his wife could be present but away from public cameras.

Unlike many politicians, Kuria upto now has not been seen together with his family who should be by his bedside. This is what members of the public have picked up to mean there must be a problem within the family.
