Raila Beats Mudavadi in Western Region Popularity Poll

Sunday, January 2, 2022 –Control of Luhya Community votes is at stake as top presidential contestants continue to scramble for the pie.

Latest online opinion poll conducted by Jubilee Party Political strategist, Pauline Njoroge, has established that the Luhya votes could be shared by both Raila Odinga and Amani National Congress ANC Party leader Musalia Mudavadi in 2022.

Currently, the ex-Prime Minister Raila Odinga and ANC Party leader, Musalia Mudavadi, are the two political heavyweights battling it out for the elusive vote.

Media strategist Pauline Njoroge, on Sunday January 2, 2022 conducted a quick Twitter poll and over 8,000 Kenyans participated. In the poll, the Azimio la Umoja leader led with 59.9 percent with Mudavadi of ANC managing 40.1 percent.

Raila and Mudavadi worked together during their time at the NASA Coalition but separated after they dissolved the Coalition due to irreconcilable political differences.

Mr. Mudavadi has been claiming to be the leader of the region but the latest Bukhungu II declaration by COTU boss Francis Atwoli has left more questions than answers over who is in complete control of the region.
