Mudavadi to Take up any Position Offered by Ruto

Tuesday, January 18, 2022 –Kakamega Senator Cleophas Malala wants Musalia Mudavadi to join William Ruto’s Hustler camp if offered any post by the DP.

In his NTV interview today Tuesday January 18 morning, the Amani National Congress ANC senator reasoned that, with Ruto they have little they can blame him for unlike ODM Party leader Raila Odinga who has a history of betrayal.

“Nimemwambia Musalia atafute rafiki mwaminifu na yule ambaye wanaweza rudisha mkono. Tukiungana na Azimio Raila lazima aunge mkono Musalia; na kwa UDA tutawaambia chenye tunataka kwanza lakini pia tunataka akuwe katika serikali popote pale haswa kama hakuna historia ya betrayal tunaweza zungumza,” Malala stated on the live show.

This remark insinuated that Musalia Mudavadi is ready to take up any slot in UDA wing as long as he is offered space to work with William Ruto.

On the other hand, Malala said ANC can work with Azimio la Umoja crew if only Raila steps down for Musalia. He explained that this is because Musalia had supported Raila more than enough times.

Further, the Senator defended that Raila had betrayed Musalia and due to that bad history it is going to be difficult to believe in him again.

The vocal senator reasoned that it is easier to believe William Ruto’s word than it is to believe Raila Odinga.

“Musalia has helped Raila many times and it’s imperative for Azimio and the former Prime Minister to back him. That is our bare minimum,” Malala charged.

The remarks from Malala hints at what his party boss Musalia Mudavadi is preparing to deliver on January 23 when he promised to make an earth-shaking announcement during their National Delegates Conference.
