Friday, January 28, 2022 –There was some slight moment of confusion in Hustlers tour in Bungoma County when Musalia Mudavadi was almost being sidelined to speak.
The move by deputy president to invite Bungoma Senator Moses Wetang’ula and leave out his new-found friend Mudavadi was spotted by supporters who shouted the name Mudavadi just when Ruto was almost winding up his speech at Kapsokwony Market. By that time, Ford Kenya Party leader Moses Masika Wetang’ula had already addressed.
The leaders who were present all had their chance to speak on the Bottom Up gospel and drummed up support for their Hustlers outfit.
Nonetheless, Ruto shocked everyone including hosting senator Wetang’ula when he was started wrapping up the jam-packed event without inviting Musalia. This saw Wetang’ula gesture to where Mudavadi was so that Ruto could also invite him.
The DP would then laugh mildly before welcoming the Amani Party leader to speak briefly because time was also catching up with them.
When the former vice president rose to speak, he went on popularizing his earthquake slogan and pledged loyalty to their new-found home – Kenya Kwanza.
He also took issue with Azimio la Umoja formation which he described as a State-sponsored project that must be rejected on the ballot.
This Bungoma tour was the third after they had their first joint rally in Nakuru County, Kiambu and now Bungoma in Western Kenya.
