Senator Malala and his Running Mate Fight Back

Tuesday, May 31, 2022 –Kakamega Senator Cleophas Malala’s running mate Beatrice Inyangala has broken her silence over the viral claims that she had stepped down so as to save her face from dirty local politics.

Speaking from an unknown place on Tuesday May 31 morning, Dr. Inyangala clarified that she was still the running mate for Mr. Malala and that their official campaigns will start next week.

“I am firmly in the race for the Kakamega County Gubernatorial seat as Cleophas Malala’s Deputy Governor designate. I am more ready than ever before,” she remarked before dropping a video recording on her social media.

On his part, Malala who has been facing social media backlash over his academic history said he was happy to have spent his time with Dr. Inyangala with whom they engaged investors from around the world on how they can invest in Kakamega County.

On Monday May 30, there was grapevine round the country that Ms Inyangala had quit the race so that to save her face from political scrutiny after Malala had his fair share with Kenyans over his education process that saw him acquire his Degree from the United States International University ISIU.

Top Kenyan blogger, Robert Alai, led the country in exposing the senator’s education documents which he claimed were fraudulently acquired through bribery and shortcuts.
