Sunday, June 26, 2022 –Outspoken Kilifi Governor Amason Jeffer Kingi who recently ditched Azimio la Umoja coalition for Kenya Kwanza has been missing in action for now some weeks.
In a thread which has been trending for the better part of this week, the Pamoja African Alliance PAA Party leader who is supposed to be on the fore front to receive any Kenya Kwanza principal in their Coastal tours, has not been showing up and word has it that he could be on ago slow towards August 9 elections.
That Apart from his open supremacy differences with Malindi Member of Parliament, Aisha Jumwa, he is also having a second thought about his political affiliation with Kenya Kwanza and could bolt out if things are not quickly addressed.
The Kenya Kwanza brigade which has been carrying on with their rallies in Mombasa County and the neighboring areas had no mention of Kingi nor any apology from a man who many believed would lead Ruto in scouting for organic coastal support.
Homenews.co.ke has also learnt that on Sunday June 26, neither Kingi nor any of his representatives showed up in Rutos’s Mtwapa and Kikambala stopovers.
Kenya Kwanza brigade comprised Amani National Congress ANC Party leader Musalia Mudavadi, DP’s Justin Muturi, Moses Wetang’ula of Ford Kenya among others.
This development is happening barely three days after Tujibebe Party founder William Kabogo openly announced his differences with the KK Alliance leadership which he went head to describe as ‘deceitful’.
