Tuesday, August 16, 2022 –Nairobi-based comedian-turned-politician Felix Odiwuor or Jalang’o has handed over his popular Youtube channel to his juniors.

The ex-Kiss 100 FM presenter made a long post on his social media account outlining why he had decided to leave the channel to his workers.

He then asked them to quickly register a company so that they he can facilitate transfer of the channel to them as he assumes public office as new member of Parliament for Lang’ata Constituency after he won the race.

He advised them to continue making content for the channel and in return give him only 20 percent of the returns.

“Hii channel sasa nataka doh iskuwe inaenda kwa account yangu. I want you to form your company so that you can take the channel. Every month mtakuwa mnanilipa 20 per cent of what you earn.

“Sasa hii nimewaachia nyinyi muendelee. Mtafutee ma interviews na mfanye mambo mingi kwa sababu mimi pahali naenda ntakuwa busy sana,” Jalang’o stated.

He however, said he will be setting up another channel soon to compete them and therefore they must work harder also.
