Jose Camargo passport image as was captured by the DCI following the JKIA arrest.

“All the forms that are on the IEBC portal are in black and white at what point were they altered from JPEG to PGF? The fingerprints of those who interfered with the system are still there,” Julie Soweto noticed.

Lawyer Soweto further utilized that opportunity to show how Bungoma, Murang’a and several other areas were affected by these massive fraud.

Reacting on the attempts by Deputy President William Ruto’s lawyer Mr. Kiragu Kimani to stop Soweto from completing her nerve-racking submission, Lawyer Edwin Sifuna now Nairobi Senator argued that only the IEBC can answer questions on the forms uploaded on their own portal and not William Ruto and his proxies.

Lawyer Paul Mwangi, also acting for the petitioner, showed to the court a document with the name Jose Camargo, one of the Venezuelans who was arrested at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and whom Lawyer Soweto told the court that he was at the center of this mess.
