Tuesday, September 20, 2022 –Exiled lawyer Miguna Miguna has finally received his Kenyan travel passport just days after a new administration took charge.

Making the update on Tuesday September 20 evening, Dr. Miguna confirmed that he had just been delivered a passport without going through the tedious paperwork as had been demanded by the former Uhuru Kenyatta’s regime.

“1687 days after despot Uhuru Kenyatta, conman @RailaOdinga, Fred Matiang’i, @Karanjakibicho and @GKihalangwa CONSPIRED to illegally SEIZE and DESTROYE my Kenyan Passport, President @WilliamsRuto has had a new one DELIVERED to me. Waiting for the LIFTING of RED ALERTS.
“I didn’t have to sign the silly forms they were speaking about,” Miguna stated.

Reacting on the news, former Law Society of Kenya LSK President Nelson Havi said Miguna will be compensated millions of money through a court process very soon.

“Another big score for the rule of law as Dr Miguna Miguna is issued his Kenyan Passport in Canada. The decree for the payment of damages of sh 7,000,000.00 by Fred Matiangi, Gordon Kihalangwa and George Konoti jointly and severally should now be enforced against the three,” he remarked.

The Toronto-based lawyer is now expected in the country anytime from today as William Ruto’s new government takes shape after his inauguration.

This development is coming after Miguna recently assured supporters that President Ruto would help facilitate his smooth return to Kenya.

President Uhuru Kenyatta’s government, through Interior CS Fred Matiangt’i, had stated that Miguna was required to fill out a one-page document for citizenship re-registration, which would then allow him to enter the country.
