Thursday, October 6, 2022 –Flabby looking Doreen Moraa Moracha who calls herself ‘the Undetectable Queen’ is an HIV positive lady proud of her situation.
Perusing through the kinds of photos she splashes all over her social media pages, you cannot imagine that the healthy looking girl is one of those living with the an undetectable virus.
On all her profiles, chubby Moraa notes that she was born HIV +(undetectable) and that this situation has led her to become an international HIV motivational speaker.
“Adherence to ARVs doesn’t have to be boring sometimes take a photo to remind HIV who is the boss. I am not sick, I am not dying I am an amazing Host to a tiny guest
“Not all wounds are visible,” she adds.
She regularly traverses the globe sensitizing those living with the virus on how to keep health and live longer saying she is a true example of persons who have gone through hell and came out stronger.
Her latest trip was in South Africa on October 5 where she flew for the HIV Adolescence Workshop.
