Sunday, October 9, 2022 –A section of United Democratic Alliance UDA Party leaders have embarked on ways to poach Narok Senator Ledama Ole Kina into their camp.

William Ruto’s long time lawyer and friend Ahmednasir Abdullahi has made a plea to the president to up his efforts of signing Ledama into their team as soon as possible.

In a new statement, Ahmednasir argued that Ledama’s recent actions pointed at a man who was fit to be in government and not the opposition.

He then went ahead to post a photo in which he was sharing some discussions with the vocal ODM legislator at a place not well disclosed.

“We have Sen @ledamalekina the political rabble-rouser. Then we have Sen Ole Kina, the smart intellectual, a business mogul hell bent on changing the economy of Narok especially the Hustler economy of milk production. Man has ideas. H.E Ruto must sign him in the next transfer window,” Lawyer Ahmednasir implored to Ruto.

But in a rejoinder, MP Ledama would refute being a rubble-rouser saying what he is today is what had made Ruto become president.

He further argued that what he(Ledama) stands for today represents the wishes of the majority of citizens in the country and he is not going to relent on his newfound political signature.

“Am sure all successful politicians one way or the other have two sides – being a A political rabble-rouser helped @WilliamsRuto acsend to the top!

“I only stir up public sentiments which uplift and protect my people and not for personal gains. Call me a public defender,” he responded.

Senator Ledama is serving his second term as Senator of Narok County. He was elected on an ODM Party ticket.

Of late, he appears to have paired up well with Embakasi East Member of parliament MP Paul Ongili aka Babu Owino to expose poor party leadership at their Orange House.
