Monday, November 7, 2022 –Ms Lukresia Robai, a nurse student at Kenya Medical Training College KMTC Kitale camopus who was captured in a video dancing for a patient has broken her silence.

She shot to fame on Monday after a short video clip emerged online and went viral in which she was dancing and entertaining an admitted child at a Kitale facility.

Speaking to a local publication on Monday November 7 afternoon, the bubbly nurse explained how she ended up breaking into a dance as the child on the bed also followed through her dances.

“The patient was admitted with a fracture on his leg and seemed timid. I played the music from my phone and started dancing and that livened him up.

“As a nurse, I felt obliged to ensure that my patients are okay,” she explained further.

This would then see the bed-ridden patient start to attempt moving both legs and hands along the dances as this also put a smile on her face.

Ms Robai, who likes dancing a lot, is pursuing a course in nursing at the Western-based medical school.
