Croatia Edge out Hard-to-Beat Morocco in Their Fight for the Third Place

In their Saturday December 17 match with Moroccan side, Croatia managed to garner two goals against 1 goal of Morocco.

The tension-packed game saw Moroccans create so many chances through their unmatched speed and logic; but they couldn’t convert as many goals as their Croatian counterparts who had few-on-target shots.

In the first half, both sides managed a score before heading to the second half which gave the Croatians a second fruitful chance cutting short hopes of the African continent to be among the top three best teams in the World.

Goals for Croatia were scored by both Josko Gvardiol of shirt number 7 and Mislav Oslic shirt number 42. On the other hand, Achraf Dari of shirt number 9 netted the Morocco’s only goal.
