Investors have been losing billions every year to fraudsters fleecing them of their hard-earned money in the name of selling them fake properties. And the trend has been getting offhand, by day.
As we speak, there have been increased cases of land fraud in the country as the expansion of real estate continues to pick high.
Most towns are now filled up with both residential as well as commercial apartments; this making land prices to soar and conmen to thrive.
Buying land is not like waking up to your nearest shop to buy a loaf of bread and a packet of tea leaves. Take your time to do desired research on the real status of the plot you want to buy.

Last but not least, make sure you have four witnesses atleast two from both sides to winess the land sale agreement.
