Wednesday, June 28, 2023 –Azimio’s staunch supporter, Gaucho born Calvin Okoth is nursing serious injuries in a Nairobi hospital after goons attacked him yesterday Tuesday June 27.

This, according to our sources, happened when he was headed to the Kamukunji Grounds where Raila Odinga and his camp were holding their anti-Finance Bill rally.

Gaucho is, therefore, currently in hospital after allegedly being attacked by unknown group of armed men on his way to the venue.

Reacting to the news, Kenyans linked this to Azimio supporters most who are not happy with his recent outbursts against Raila Odinga.

“Azimio people are behind it after he said that he’s no longer in Azimio. We know how they behave after leaving them, I remember how they chased Jalang’o in Machakos,” Enough is Enough commented.

Another user by the name J’migori noted that this attack could be as a result of Gaucho’s claims that he can also meet President William Ruto to discuss politics.

“Get well soon Ja’migori…. But chunga mdomo Yako Sasa. You can’t be trusted by those guys again after disassociating yourself from Raila the other day…. Again, serve one Master per time,” stated J’migori.

Others thought he was just pulling popularity stunts now that he has become a public figure courtesy of his Bunge la Mwananchi meetings held at Jevanjee Gardens.

Gaucho recently threatened to boycott Raila’s political functions citing betrayal from inner circle.
