IEBC Twitter Admin fired after his controversial tweet

Friday, January 1, 2021 -The man who deliberately referred to BBI as the Burning Bridges Initiative has reportedly been sent packing from IEBC.

Jonathan Kiprono, the man behind the controversial tweet on IEBC Twitter official handle was on Wednesday fired from the poll body for playing politics within the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission IEBC.

“Happening now: The launch of the Burning Bridges Initiative Supporters Verification Exercise at the Bomas of Kenya,” the controversial tweet read.

According to Orange Democratic Movement ODM Communication Director Philip Etale, Kiprono is a true DP William Ruto’s mole in the IEBC who has been playing double standards on matters electoral since his hiring.

“The tweet by the @IEBCKenya that derogatorily described the BBI was DELIBERATE and the handler only tweeted what his bosses always refer to the process. But again, how stupid can a communications person do that on the official handle of an institution of the IEBC stature?” Etale wrote.

Etale further reported that the 41 year old man from Elgeyo Marakwet is a younger brother to West Marakwet MP William Kipsang.

Sources have linked the young IEBC Twitter administrator to the Tangatanga faction of Jubilee Party and who has been siding with those opposed to the BBI project.
