Nairobi Senator Edwin Sifuna has claimed that the signature collection website dubbed tumechoka.com has been under constant attacks from unknown individuals.
Sifuna linked the interference to government which he claims has been attempting to destroy ànd destabilize it in fear of the progress it could make in few days to come.
“They have been saying that we have no where to take the 10 million signatures. But today, as we speak, they have been attempting to crack into the website with intentions of pulling it down,” he noted.
Together with his colleague Opiyo Wandayi, they promised to lead from the front their Azimio three day protests that will be starting on Wednesday to end on Friday.
Senator Sifuna also challenged his counterpart, Samson Cherargei, to stop shouting high on social media while also hiding behind what he referred to as ‘violent instruments of power’.
Yesterday Sunday July16, Cherargei called for urgent suspension of the Constitution to deal with the opposition.
