Monday, January 18, 2021 -There is storm in Deputy President William Ruto’s camp over positions.
Homenews.co.ke has learnt that Gatundu South MP Mosses Kuria and his Mathira counterpart Rigathi Gachagua are not in terms over who should be DP’s senior man in Mt. Kenya Region.
Well-placed sources have told this desk that the two almost turned physical recently while at their newly launched United Democratic Alliance UDA Party offices.
It is reported that the duo went full blown on each other while discussing over who should be the Mt. Kenya point man for UDA Party. They are reportedly fighting to take control of the new party in Mt. Kenya.
Information which continues to leak out also confirmed that the two MPs have not been seeing each other eye to eye in recent days and that when one is available in any DP’s meeting the other must avoid.
This has also become another nightmare for the DP who, according to insiders, does not want to lose any of the two for his 2022 ambitions.
Further, women members in the camp are also crying foul for being pushed away from resources among them Kandara Constituency MP Alice Wahome who thought will become Ruto’s favourite for running mate position.
It is therefore a matter of time before these dirt starts playing out and some members could soon bolt out back to where they belonged.
This infact makes the major reason why Moses Kuria and Alice Wahome are no longer vocal members in Tangatanga. They seem to have decided to watch things unfold from the fence.
