Friday, May 31, 2024 –Nairobi Member of County Assembly MCA Robert Alai has sought answers and explanation from the authorities on why Mr. Farouk Kibet was on Thursday spotted cruising in a car with a national flag.
Taking to his popular X platform on Thursday evening May 30, Robert Alai, who is also a seasoned blogger in this country, wondered why Kibet was allowed to fly a flag on his car when he is yet to be announced which position in the cabinet he holds in Kenya Kwanza administration
“Farouk Kibet flying a flag on his guzzler in Matulo Airstrip in Bungoma. What’s his job description again? Misuse of State Resources,” Alai stated.
This coming just days after Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua almost mentioned the Ruto’s long time private aide Mr. Kibet as key in interfering with Mount Kenya voting bloc.
Gachagua who was speaking in Kesses Nandi County said three young men close to his boss, William Ruto, were sponsoring divisions in his Region of Mt. Kenya.
The president’s PA, Farouk Kibet, on Thursday, visited for inspection, Masinde Muliro Stadium and the newly-built Matulo Airport in Bungoma ahead of the Madaraka Day celebrations scheduled on June 1st.
