Edwin Chiloba, the slain LGBTQ activist was murdered by his photographer. Court has established.
The ruling, delivered by Justice Nyakundi this Wednesday, comes nearly a year after the shocking murder in Eldoret Town, which sparked global attention.
The court found the accused guilty of intentionally causing Chiloba’s death, meeting all the requisite elements of murder under Section 203 of the Penal Code.
Prosecutor Mark Mugun, presented evidence from 23 witnesses, including DNA profiles that linked the suspect to the heinous crime.
