Mariga, Hussein win FKF Elections

Extreme Sports Chief Executive Officer Hussein Mohammed has been elected as the new Football Kenya Federation (FKF) President in an election held on Saturday, December 7.

Mohammed garnered 42 votes from 90 voters that were up for grabs in the elections conducted at the Moi International Sports Centre, Indoor Arena in Kasarani.

He was elected alongside former Harambee Stars skipper McDonald Mariga, who is set to assume the Vice President position.

In the tightly contested elections, former FKF boss Nick Mwendwa and his counterpart Dorris Petra came in second after garnering 31 votes.
