World richest billionaire Elon Musk has warned his staff against doing job at home in the name of remote work.

In a staff notice titled ‘Remote work nolonger acceptable’ dated December 9, the world richest CEO instructed all his staff to start working from their Tesla main office for., atleast, 40 hours per week.

He added that should there be exceptional cases that require to work away from official office, he will have to personally approve this.

Musk added that the work station must be the main Tesla Office and not a remote branch.

“That’s why I lived in the Factory so much so that those on the line could see me working for a long time,” he revealed.

The world richest entrepreneur, therefore, said could he have not been present at Tesla every day for long hours, the company would have gone under and that is why he stopped doing what other CEOs do in their respective companies.
