Suna East Lawmaker Junet Mohamed has asked Kenyans to reject any attempts by Rigathi Gachagua to lead the opposition.
Addressing in Kilgoris yesterday, Junet noted that Gachagua was impeached on the account of breaking laws of land and gross misconduct. He can, therefore, not be allowed to purport to run an opposition outfit in the country.
“This man was rejected by both parliaments over gross misconduct. He is, therefore, not allowed to lead anything in government or the opposition. He remains a wanted criminal,” Junet noted.
According to the ODM MP, the only opposition outfit known in the country is ODM Party led by Hon Raila Odinga.
Speaking in the same event attended by President William Ruto, Majority leader Kimani Ichungwah accused the former DP of orchestrating a series of fake abductions in the country so that to incite the country against President William Ruto’s administration.
Ichungwah said the missing persons names had been planned by Gachagua and that they(abductees) are hiding in Airbnbs with their girlfriends.
