Nandi County Senator Samson Cherargei has revealed secret plans to make Raila Odinga Prime Cabinet Secretary as Musalia Mudavadi takes full role as CS foreign affairs.
Speaking in Uasin Gishu today Friday, Cherargei shared the nitty gritty details of the recent MoU between President William Ruto and Raila Odinga in Mombasa saying, as the Constitutional changes awaits, Raila can, for the time being, assume the role of the Prime CS.
He added that finally he will be made a full Prime Minister after the Constitution is changed to create the position.
“We cannot change the Bible and the Quran but the Constitution will be changed to accommodate Raila so that to tap into his expertise”.
