Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky has broken his silence moments after meeting with the United States of America President Donald Trump.

In his statement following their heated meeting held at the Oval House, the Ukrauine boss thanked the U.S administration and said he is looking forward for a quick peaceful ceasefire with Russia.

“Thank you America, thank you for your support, thank you for this visit. Thank you PUTUS, Congress, and the American people. Ukraine needs just and lasting peace, and we are working exactly for that,” he posted on X.
