Monday, April 5, 2021 -One Kenya Alliance could be under intense pressure to join up with the Orange team in the near future.

This after a new twist emerged in an interview conducted on KTN News where the Amani National Congress ANC Party leader Musalia Mudavadi had appeared for hosting by Duncan Khayemba.

In a subsequent report by the Standard paper, Musalia indicated his willingness and openness to working with ODM Party leader Mr. Odinga if he agrees to so.

Musalia stated that the newly unveiled One Kenya Alliance which has Wiper Democratic leader Kalonzo Musyoka, Ford Kenya Party leader Moses Wetang’ula and Gideon Moi of KANU Party will accommodate all like-minded leaders in their bid to galvanaize the 2022 support bases.

He stated that through this emerging conversation, if Mr. Odinga feels that this is something that can work for this country then he will be welcome.

“This is an emerging conversation, and if Raila Odinga feels that this is a conversation he buys in to, we have no problem working with him…” said Mudavadi.

He went ahead to make it clear that their alliance was not formed to compete carelessly or to show political might; but to work for the country. Personal gain are not part of their agenda at this point in time.

“But let’s try and divorce it from the personality cult. What I have always told Kenyans is, can we grow out of a personality cult and start talking about issues. If you share our ideals, you are most welcome.” he added.

He asked every Kenyan to agree to be part of it and put politics of division away for the peace and stability of the nation which in turn will bring development and growth.

“The formation is an emerging process. We want to have an economy that works for all Kenyans. We want to create jobs. We are going to seek out other leaders from across the country,” he added.

He assured citizens that a lot was being discussed in their new formation and soon greater ideas will be shared out for everyone to know.
