Hot Cake Erick Ouma set to Join English Premier League

Tuesday, May 25, 2021 -Kenyan left back Eric Ouma alias Marcelo could soon be joining English Premier League after his long stint in Sweden where he is playing for Allvenskan.

Currently plying his trade with topflight league side AIK, Ouma is under the radar of most English Premier league teams including Manchester City and Leicester. The Kenyan Harambee Stars defender is now a hot cake and very English Premier league team is scrambling for his flesh.

While revealing this news to the media, the former Kakamega High School player of 2014 said one day he hopes to join in the top five leagues – Premier league, Bundesliga, Laliga, league 1 or Eredivisie before hanging boots.

“I hope to test myself in the top five leagues God willing. For now, I can’t talk about that (transfers), it is too early. Until it is done, it is all about AIK,” said Marcelo as quoted by Mozzart News.

Ouma now 25 was born in Kibra before joining Western based Kakamega High School where he featured in every school team until he left. He was arguably the best and key player in the school team that lifted the national team games trophies. He would quickly join Gormahia straight away.

At K’Galo, he only stayed there for one season before someone spotted his talent and flew him to Sweden for the AIK Club. Since then he has never looked back.
