Saturday, June 12, 2021 -High flying CNN Reporter Larry Madowo continues to make daring strides while filing his reports across the continent of Africa.
In his latest story on the Covid-19 ravage in Africa, Madowo who is currently pitching camp in Uganda, went deep into Uganda’s ICU facilities to find out how the virus is claiming citizens lives and the outcome was no so good. So many Ugandans are losing lives every day due to the virus.
“We saw a body wheeled out of a stadium in Kampala treating coronavirus patients. I went to an ICU and saw young people struggling for life,” he captioned one of the clips.

According to his finding, Covid-19 cases in Uganda were up to 137 percent this week alone; what he described as the second straight week of triple digit spike in infections.
This spike has seen Uganda’s government retreat back to another round of lockdowns to reduce the spread.
Madowo has shared the worrying details through his story, ‘Uganda Struggles to get Covid Vaccines as Virus Spikes’.
In his detailed story package, daring Madowo can be seen inside the Uganda’s ICU ward sampling bodies of those who had died as some are wheeled in and out.
