Saturday, June 18, 2021 -Raila Junior – son to Orange Democratic Movement Party leader Raila Odinga – is a member of Amani National Congress ANC Party. It has emerged.
This is following increasing cases of system glitch in the Office of the Registrar of Political Parties where almost a half of the country belongs to parties which they didn’t register with.
Virtually, all Kenyans who this week have been trying to inquire about their status in the political parties book found out that their names appeared in parties they little have knowledge about.
For instance, son to Raila Odinga, Mr. Raila Junior inquired and found out that his name was under the Musalia Mudavadi’s ANC Party. This saw her sister Winnie refer to him as a ‘mole’ in ODM.

Among the most affected members in this system fraud are those in Musalia Mudavadi’s ANC Party and Raila Odinga’s ODM Party.
Such confusion highlights the urgent need for the electoral body IEBC to commence a detailed thorough cleaning of its records ahead of the next key elections slated 13 months away.
On her part, Registrar Anne Nderitu defended that most of the Kenyans themselves had registered in the said parties but just didn’t want to confess or can’t remember when. She therefore asked anyone who is feels affected to file an official complaint in written form attaching all required documentation including their ID Cards.
