Speaking to the media on Monday June 28, the artistes explained that Omosh is not a person to support with money and that those who did that were wrong because those are the avenues already exploited without much success.

Speaking anonymously, they revealed that their former colleague Omosh was to join a Westlands based rehabilitation center after a National Authority for the Campaign Against Drug NACADA official offered to help but he refused to report at the center.

“Omosh failed to show up and I felt like it was a letdown. I don’t want to speak deeply on his issue but I feel like he needs counseling more than the jobs and money,” the source said.

The source also wondered why Omosh recently requested a camera and tripod stand when most of those things are accessible to Omosh since most of them work in the production department and can help shoot his skits for free until her gets back to his feet.

“He recently requested a tripod and camera yet some of us are in the production houses where we can do skits and shows for him. Omosh is so talented,”added the source.

It also emerged that the actor refused taking calls from fellow actors when he was recently rewarded with cash, house and a plot. Anytime anyone who knows him wanted to speak to him he would switch off blocking any viable advice.

Actor Klvin Oyiso or Eddy, for instance, said they only wanted to help him with an advise so that he can save well but they couldn’t reach him.

And while talking about rehabilitation, Omosh in some interview confessed having turned attempts to take him to a rehabilitation center.

“The ideas are amazing, but I can’t desert my family for another three months. I wish to attend counseling. My heart is yearning and I will plan for it,” Omosh explained.

Felix Odiwuor who or Jalang’o who was on the fore front of rescuing him, has since said that the donors who were almost completing the house are not happy with Omosh’s recklessness on how he had been deserted.
