Monday, June 5, 2021 -Narok Senator Ledama Ole Kina has warned politicians against attacking one another over graft claims.
Commending on the ongoing back and forth between Raila Odinga and Deputy President William Ruto, Senator Ole Kina said no one in political circles can ever claim to be clean.
He confessed being among the corrupt leaders in the country and who can not start throwing stones at his colleagues.
His reaction is coming just days after his party boss and former Prime Minister Raila Odinga spoke about the corrupt leaders while on his Coastal tour recently. Odinga warned that once he ascends to power, anyone who has looted from public coffers must be prepared to end at Shimo la Tewa Prison.
Odinga indirectly linked the deputy president to many mega scandals around the country and which he uses the money to lure churches to vote for him.
“Wakati tutashika hatamu, tutahakikisha hao wote ambao ni fisadi wako ndani!” Raila said.
Ole Kina was speaking about this volatile debate while appearing on Citizen Tv interview on Monday July 5 morning.
“There is actually no saint, be it leaders or anyone else, we are all corrupt, even me, the entire Kenyans too,” Ole Kina stated.
On his part, Dr. Ruto responded back to Raila reminding him of the looted Kazi kwa Vijana millions during the Kibaki era. He also blamed Odinga for interfering with Jubilee development agenda.
