Thursday, July 15, 2021 -Orange Democratic Movement ODM Party has accepted sharing the sh 11,000 they received from the political parties kitty for 2018 campaigns.
Speaking on Jalang’o Tv today Thursday July 15, Secretary General Edwin Sifuna acknowledged to owe the trio of Kalonzo Musyoka(Wiper), Musalia Mudavadi(ANC) and Moses Wetang’ula(Ford Kenya) each sh 2,500.
He revealed that in the hotly contested 2018 elections, ODM Party only received sh 11,000 from the political party’s funds wich they are now willing to gladly share with their partners in the defunct National Super Alliance NASA.
Mr. Sifuna accused Mr. Kalonzo Musyoka for not picking nor answering his calls saying this issue would have been sorted long ago. He also asked the remaining partners to share with him their M-Pesa Pay Bill numbers so that he can release the funds to them. He however insisted that they should not expect anything above sh 3,000 each.
“When the repeat presidential election was held Raila got sh18,000 votes so we only got Ksh11,000. Wiper, Ford Kenya and ANC should send me their till numbers so that I can send them this money. I will send Kalonzo sh 2,500 and Wetangula sh 2,500,” he stated.
He accused the three politicians of soiling the name of Mr. Raila Odinga any time they appear on TV interviews with unsubstantiated claims.
Sifuna added that the National Super Alliance popularly referred to as NASA died long time ago and anyone thinking that it was still alive was just daydreaming.
Oflate, the three NASA principals appears to have sustained their onslaught against Raila’s ODM Party which they accuse of lacking honesty.
