Thursday, August 19, 2021 -Orange Democratic Movement ODM Party may soon start facing internal supremacy battles should Jimmy Wanjigi continue with his quest to becoming party boss.
Billionaire Wanjigi recently threw himself into the race promising to give his boss Raila Odinga a run for his money.
Apart from other contestants Governors Ali Hassan Joho and Wycliffe Oparnya, self-made billionaire Wanjigi who is already out and about consolidating his political base, will definitely be a force to reckon with unless he makes an about turn.
He has already started assembling his election machinery ready for the duel both in ODM primaries and the main 2022 general elections..
In his recent interview with media in Kajiado County, the mogul promised Odinga a political fight that has never been there before saying he also has what it takes to be the next head of State.
“I am confident the party primaries will be free and fair, and I am sure I will win against Raila, it is the right time we change the party leadership,” Wanjigi said.
The billionaire has reportedly already procured branded choppers, buses, lorries and campaign Prados.
Further, well placed sources claim that he has in store branded T-shirts and caps which he will soon start distributing around the country.
