Akothee Speaks on her new Swollen Shape

Tuesday, November 30, 2021 –Renowned female singer Esther Akoth or Akothee has suddenly gained massive weight.

In a latest Instagram post of Tuesday November 30, the controversial artiste revealed that she is still ailing despite the fact that she was part of the top acts who showed up at their Luo Festival held at Ngong Racecourse.

The flashy artiste-cum-businesswoman has said she is not okay and her current swollen body shape is part of her medical condition she is struggling with.

“Don’t meet and start telling me how fat I am, I am having a health condition. I am swollen due to struggling with sleepless nights of pain.

“I am afraid to go to bed for I wake up with numbness on my fingers. This situation is scaring me,” she added.

For the last three weeks, the singer  was hospitalized at an expensive Mombasa facility where she was being nursed by her boyfriend Nelly Oaks.
