Former Nandi Member of Parliament Alfred Keter has made sensational claims on the popularity of President William Ruto in his backyard of Rift Valley.
In a statement shared on Sunday November 24 morning, Mr. Keter claimed that the head of State had met ‘fatal headwinds’ while attempting to tour Rift Valley on Sunday.
“William Ruto was to attend a Church Service at Kerotet in Uasin Gishu County tomorrow, But it has been cancelled due to unpopularity issues! Now he has opted to go to Kipsitet Kericho County and the challenges are the same” Keter reported.
The politician also added that:
“At the moment, Kericho’s Kenya Kwisha dealers are going house to House to bribe people with a thousand bob each to attend and support him! Things are thick”!
