I urge the traffic police boss to allow his junior officers to continue collecting bribes from everyone on the road. We are used to this and it’ is enjoyable. Without impacting morals into your officers, they will still collect bribes and any car which doesn’t give, will be impounded with or without a traffic offense.
Kenyan police officers are not disciplined at all and asking them not to collect bribes will lead to victimization of every motorist on the road. The only safe people who will use our roads freely will be senior State officers.
