Sunday, March 5, 2023 – Musalia Mudavadi’s Amani National Congress ANC Party leadership has told off Cleophas Malala over his calls to see all parties folded.

Addressing in a press briefing at party headquarters today Sunday March 5, new party leader Issa Timmamy noted that their ANC Party will not break to join the ruling party.

Responding to UDA Party Secretary General Cleophas Malala Saturday March 4 threats that fringe parties must all fold and join the ruling UDA Party, Timmamy asserted that such plans will fail.

“You have no business being a Cabinet Secretary if you are still holding onto your party,” said Mr Malala in Ahero Kisumu.

But Timmamy has told off the former ANC member for trying to create an unnecessary tiff in the Kenya Kwanza administration.

“For avoidance of doubt, ANC Party is not merging neither today or in the future. The Party will continue to play its role in the Kenya Kwanza Coalition particularly helping the President to deliver the coalition manifesto THE PLAN to Kenyans,” Mr. Timmamy announced.

Timmamy added that they will still work with the president in the spirit of coalition and agreement they had before the election.
