Central Organisation of Trade Union COTU boss Francis Atewoli flew to Gideon Moi’s home in Kabarak on Sunday morning August 2nd.
Atwoli reportedly made a grand entry at Kabarak farm where Gideon was waiting for him among other leaders.
Photos which Homenews.co.ke received on the desk showed security personnel lined up for the flamboyant Trade Unionist who had landed on a private Kabarak runway which is located within Gideon’s compound.
After the grand landing, Moi received him and the two engaged in a deep talk for about 15 minutes before they went to sit somewhere for a conversation.
Also present was Kakamega Governor Wickliffe Oparanya, and Devolution Cabinet Secretary CS Eugene Wamalwa and according to our sources, Moi was hosting the group from Western to discuss politics of this country.
In the picture was National assembly Majority Whip Emmanuel Wangwe who is the MP Navakholo Constituency now serving his second term as an MP.
“The discussion centered on current political happenings, the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) and how KANU, Jubilee and other like-minded parties like ODM can work together ahead of 2022,” the statement read in part by Moi’s communications aide Alex Kiprotich.
The leaders from Western who started the day by touring various points in Baringo assured Moi of their support and working together to unite the country.
