Monday, August 22, 2022 –Uasin Gishu Woman Representative Gladys Boss Shollei has broken her silence on what transpired at the Bomas of Kenya during the Election Day.

Speaking on KTN Tv today Monday August 22 morning, the vocal politician disclosed how Azimio la Umoja-allied politicians remained lazy throughout the voting exercise waiting to be handed a free win by the Deep State.

She narrated how she saw many Azimio MPs and senators just dance, seat pretty comfortable and take drinks when they should be busy working to see things work for their boss Raila Odinga.

She recounted how she kept moving up and down cross-checking their UDA Party forms to make sure everything doesn’t go wrong for William Ruto; what many of their rivals thought she was upto some mischief.

“Kenya Kwanza members came to work and not just to sit down and dance the way Azimio were doing. We had passion for our candidate William Ruto. We were on a mission.

“The people that Raila Odinga took to Bomas were there shouting, making noise just for him to watch them on TV shouting. They were not working, they had no figures even up to the last minute,” Shollei added.

She also recounted how she sought to know why Azimio remained happy at Bomas Grounds before results were announced and she was responded to by two Azimio top members among them Millie Odhiambo who told her that they had already won or at least a re-run was on the way.

“I spoke to one of the guys from Azimio and asked him why they were overly happy and he told me they had won. Then came Millie Odhiambo who openly told me, at worst, we should expect a re-run,” Gladys recounted.

And speaking about some sections accusing her to have involved herself in mischievous activities to botch the process, she said what she was doing was to carry around William Ruto’s Forms 34A and Bs in a folder to make sure things go right for them.
