Friday, August 12, 2022 –Top Raila Odinga aide Lawyer, Silas Jakakimba, has increased Azimio la Umoja-One Kenya coalition camp’s hopes after he assured them of a win in Presidential race.

The lawyer on Friday August 12 went to his Twitter handle with an assurance that Raila Amolo Odinga had won the race awaiting official announcement from the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission IEBC.

He explained that after spending the whole night at Bomas of Kenya where the official final tallies are being undertaken, he could authoritatively report that all was well for Mr. Raila Odinga and his supporters.

“Pray continually& give thanks in ALL circumstances for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus’, 1 Thess. 5 16-18. I was at Bomas whole night& I can say without a doubt that inspite of our competition’s shenanigans-This, is God’s time& it’s so nigh. Wake up,” he updated.

On her part, Raila Odinga’s running mate, Martha Karua, also expressed hopes that they were going to take power from next week when Wafula Chebukati makes this announcement official.

“Eagerly waiting for this,” she wrote adding clap emojis on the message.

Kenyans especially those allied to Azimio have been waiting for a final decision from Mr. Chebukati on who had won the presidency between DP William Ruto and ODM Party leader Raila Odinga.
