Backlash as Ruto Shares Video of a Toddler Hustling

In the video which he shared on his Twitter Handle on Monday May 31, Ruto who wanted to pass his Hustler message using the boy decided to use the video in which the toddler was struggling with a load to move it home.

The second in command insinuated that that was the true spirit of Hustlers in the country where they preach and believe in ‘forward ever backwards never’.

“The amazing never-giving-up hustler spirit in this boy is inspiring,” Ruto tweeted the caption of the video.

But a section of Netizens were not happy with his actions of using an innocent small kid to pass his political message.

Citizens reminded Ruto that he is part of the imperfect leadership that is making life of most Kenyans so miserable and therefore he should not behave like he is not to blame in this case.

The DP and his supporters believe once they ascend to power, they will be able to turn around the economy of this country through their ‘bottom up approach’.
