The current British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) news Anchor held a wedding on Saturday March 12 in traditional setting which was also confined to a few individuals.
Sources described the event as a low key affair and which was organized at Mundika Village; her rural home in Busia County.
In the video which we received on our Homenews.co.ke desk, the smiling bride was donning a dazzling maroon dress with a golden brown embroidery detail on her torso.
On the other hand, her groom was dressed in an elegant plain light-brown traditional-themed suit that was well ironed and fitting.
The lovely duo wanted their event kept under warm and cozy environment with few family and friends in attendance.
Akisa and her boyfriend have dated for some years and sources have told us that they are all Luhyas.
In their wedding, they were played only traditional Luhya songs and food coupled with energetic Isukuti dance styles.
