Thursday, October 19, 2023 –United States of American U.S.A President Joe Biden has just clarified American stand on the ongoing war between Israel-Palestine.
In a statement he delivered on Wednesday October 18, the head of State made it clearer that Palestinians are not the Hamas.
“Let me make myself clear: The vast majority of Palestinians are not Hamas. And Hamas does not represent the Palestinian people,” he stated in his first statement.
He also said his government will remain in full support with the Israel until the war against the Hamas is settled saying terrorists will not win this war.
“You are not alone. As long as the United States stands – and we will stand forever – you will not be alone,” added Biden.
Biden also seized the opportunity to announce a $100 million humanitarian assistance in Gaza and the West Bank.
“This money will support over 1 million displaced and conflict-affected Palestinians. And we will have mechanisms in place so this aid reaches those in need – not Hamas or terrorist groups,” noted Biden.
He assured that he will remain grieving with families which have since lost their loved ones in the war that pitted Palestine against Israel.
“I grieve with the families of those killed or wounded in the tragedy at the hospital in Gaza. We’re working with our partners in the region to get life-saving humanitarian assistance to civilians in Gaza as quickly as we can,” the head of State added.
The U.S President had earlier spoken with President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi of Egypt to deepen their coordination on urgently delivering humanitarian assistance for civilians affected in Gaza.
“Together, we’ll work to preserve stability in the region, prevent escalation, and set circumstances for durable peace,” said President Biden.
The Obama successor reminded the world that it is not possible to just look at the atrocities Hamas terrorists committed in Israel over past two weeks and not scream out for justice.
His statement coming exactly one week after his former boss Barrack Obama lauded Israel Invasion in Palestine.
