Monday, February 7, 2022 -A university young boy has surfaced with damning allegations against former Police spokesman Charles Owino whom he has claimed is his biological father.

Through a long emotional letter on social media, Kepha Ochieng accused Owino(alleged father) of being a deadbeat parent.

“I have tried for a long time now reaching dad for help but nothing has born any fruit. My dad hates me for nothing.

“I sometimes live in the streets and even go for a full day without food. I completed form 4 at only 16 years but till now, am still struggling to complete my degree…,” he disclosed.

Kepha who currently schools at Kenyatta University, took to social media to rant about his life’s predicaments after a long struggle to reach Mr. Owino(alleged father) for some support had failed.

The young man wondered how his father was claiming that he can take care of other peoples’  needs when his own blood was suffering on the streets.

“You cannot pay for other children’s fees when your own blood is being paid for by well-wishers and sponsors,” he added.

Charles Owino resigned recently to join politics and is already campaigning to become next governor of Siaya County on ODM Party ticket.

He has since not yet responded to this claim from the young Kepha.
