Thursday, November 23, 2023 –President William Ruto has arrived in Arusha, Tanzania for the EAC High-Level Panel on Climate Change.
The head of State who has had a busy day arrived in Tanzania today afternoon, ahead of the 23rd Ordinary Summit of the EAC Heads of State that convenes tomorrow in Arusha and will be attended by a other African heads of State.
This tour coming just a day after issuing his keynote speech in the EU Parliament, France on Wednesday November 22.
Earlier today Thursday, Ruto presided over the 14th Anniversary of the Joyful Women Organisation, held at the Kasarani, Nairobi County.
