Addressing residents of Busia County on Friday January 14, the head of State indicated that his resolve to change this country for the better will not be deterred by forces of negativity.
“I am smarter than some people so they resorted to calling me Kasongo,” President Ruto.
Ruto is currently pitching camp in the expansive Western Region where he has been launching development projects ahead of his second term.
He is accompanied by Speaker of the National Assembly Moses Wetang’ula, Western Region Members of Parliament, MCAs among other political leaders.
